The problem

Discovering music events is often scattered across different platforms. Users have to search for concerts and festivals separately, keep track of their favorite artists, and at the same time figure out who they can attend an event with. SoundTribe brings these actions together in one place — discovering relevant events, receiving personalized recommendations, connecting with others and accessing tickets directly.

Research & insights

Personalized discovery is at the core.

SoundTribe uses the user's musical preferences to recommend concerts and festivals that match their taste. Integration with streaming platforms makes these recommendations even more relevant and personalized.

Personalized discovery is at the core.

Music is a social experience.

Attending a concert is not only about what you want to listen to, but also about who you want to experience it with. That is why the app allows users to find an event buddy, connect with people who share similar interests and organize group visits.

Learnings

The fix wasn't a better goal-setting flow — it was removing the need for one before day one. Trust gets earned by the first log, not the first plan.
